    The Committee on Education moves to amend the bill on page three, section five, line sixteen, by striking out the word “require” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “requires”;

    On page three, section five, line nineteen, by striking out the word “measures” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “measure”;

    And,

    On page four, section five, line twenty-four, by striking out the word “above” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “in this section”.
